We ask that you order all of your courses, except dessert, at one time because nothing is pre-prepared and everything takes time to cook, we even slice the salami and cheeses to order. Every ingredient in every dish makes the dish complete, so we will not make substitutions or exclusions to any dish. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
